Cancellation Policy

To enroll on the Russian Volume Eyelash Extension Course, you must already hold a valid certificate in Individual Eyelash Extensions. A copy of your certificate must be provided at the time of booking. Failure to provide evidence of your qualification may result in your place being cancelled without a refund. All courses are non refundable. If you need to cancel, you must provide at least 7 days’ notice prior to your course date. If notice is given within this timeframe, your deposit may be transferred to another available course date within 2 months of your original booking—subject to availability. Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit. Failure to attend the course without prior notice will result in the full course fee being forfeited. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may not be permitted to join the session and will also forfeit the course fee. Certificates will only be issued upon successful completion of the course and demonstration of competence. If additional training is required, this may incur an extra fee. Students are expected to act professionally and respectfully at all times. Any inappropriate behaviour may result in dismissal from the course without refund. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund. You must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or learning needs prior to attending the course so we can make reasonable accommodations where possible. We may take photographs during training for use on our social media and promotional material. If you do not wish to appear in any photos, please let us know before the course begins.
