Where do I start? Do I have to start with the Classic course?Yes – the Classic Lash Beginners course is your first step. You’ll learn how to safely apply a single lash extension to a natural lash, along with the essential theory and hygiene practices. Once you’ve completed this and received your certification, you’ll be ready to move on to more advanced techniques like Russian Volume.
-
Do I need any prior experience?Nope! Our Classic Lash course is designed for complete beginners, so no previous beauty or lash experience is needed.
-
What does the course include? Our beginner Classic Lash training includes a full day of hands-on learning (9am–5pm), a professional lash kit, a detailed manual, live model practice, and ongoing support after your course.
-
How many students are in each class? We keep classes small to give you plenty of one-on-one time and support. You’ll never feel rushed or overlooked.
-
Can I book onto the Russian Volume course? To enrol on the Russian Volume course, you must already hold a certificate in individual eyelash extensions. You’ll need to provide a copy of your certificate when booking.
-
How do I book my place?Booking is super simple – just head to our booking page and select your preferred date. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your spot is secured.
-
What is your cancellation or refund policy? All courses are non-refundable. If for any reason you need to cancel, we require at least 7 days’ notice. If notice is given within that timeframe, your deposit can be transferred to another available course date (within 2 months of your original booking), subject to availability.
-
Can I change my training date once I’ve booked?Yes – as long as we receive at least 7 days' notice, your deposit can be moved to another available date within 2 months.

What time does the training start and finish?Training runs from 9am to 5pm, with breaks throughout the day and time for lunch.
-
Do I need to bring anything with me?Just yourself and some lunch! Everything you need is provided, including your lash kit, manual, all tools for the day, and light refreshments.
-
Will I be practicing on a real model?Yes – you’ll work on a live model to build your confidence and skills.
-
Do I need to bring my own model?Yes, students are asked to bring a model for the afternoon practical. If you're struggling to find one, let us know in advance and we’ll try to help.
-
Is a lash kit included in the course?Yes – you’ll receive a full professional lash kit on the day, ready for both training and home practice.
-
What does it mean to be accredited?Being accredited means that Everything Beauty Education is recognised as a professional education provider. Coral, your educator, is certified to issue qualifications that allow you to gain insurance and start working in the industry.
-
Am I fully qualified after completing a course? Not straight away – but you’re almost there! After your training day, you’ll complete case studies to put your new skills into practice. You’ll receive detailed feedback on each one to help you improve. Once you've demonstrated safe, clean, and confident work, your certificate will be issued and you can begin working professionally.
-
How do case studies work? There’s no set number of case studies required. You’ll submit them one at a time, and we’ll provide feedback after each one. Once you demonstrate consistent, clean, and safe application techniques, your certificate will be issued. You have 6 months to complete your case studies and gain your qualification.
-
How often should I send case studies? We recommend submitting at least one case study per week to stay in the rhythm of application and pass your assessment sooner.
-
Can I get insurance before I receive my certificate?Yes – if possible, we recommend obtaining student insurance straight away so you’re covered while practicing.
-
Do you offer support after the course?Absolutely. We’re here to support you long after training day – whether you need help with case studies, technique, or business advice.
